Welcome to TradeAlign, operated by TradeMatch LLC ("TradeAlign," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the TradeAlign platform at tradealign.me and any related services. Please read them carefully before using our platform.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, accessing, or using the TradeAlign platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the platform.
2. Eligibility
To use TradeAlign, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have the legal authority to enter into binding contracts in your jurisdiction
- Represent a legitimate business entity or be a registered sole proprietor
- Not be prohibited from using the platform under applicable law
TradeAlign is a business-to-business (B2B) platform. Consumer use is not permitted.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at legal@tradealign.me if you suspect unauthorized access.
TradeAlign reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false, misleading, or incomplete information.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the platform to:
- Post false, misleading, or fraudulent business information
- Impersonate any business, individual, or entity
- Transmit spam, unsolicited messages, or bulk communications
- Attempt to circumvent platform matching or visibility systems
- Harvest user data or contact information for off-platform use
- Upload or distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code
- Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights
TradeAlign may monitor platform activity to enforce these rules and reserves the right to remove content or accounts that violate this policy.
5. User Content
You retain ownership of the content you post on TradeAlign, including business profiles, product listings, and messages. By posting content, you grant TradeAlign a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, distribute, and promote that content in connection with operating the platform.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy of your content. TradeAlign does not verify the accuracy of business claims, certifications, or product specifications posted by users.
6. Intellectual Property
The TradeAlign platform, including its software, design, trademarks, logos, and content created by TradeMatch LLC, is the exclusive property of TradeMatch LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.
7. Payments & Billing
Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis as selected. All fees are in USD and are non-refundable except as required by law. Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
Free trial periods are available to new accounts only. One trial per business entity. Credit card information is required for Bronze, Silver, and Gold plans but will not be charged during the trial period.
8. Privacy
Your use of TradeAlign is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the platform, you consent to the data practices described in that policy.
9. Disclaimers
TradeAlign is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose of the platform. We do not guarantee that matches made through the platform will result in successful transactions.

You may close your account at any time from your account settings. TradeAlign may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or for any other reason with reasonable notice. Upon termination, your access to the platform ceases and we may delete your content after 30 days.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or platform notification at least 14 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
